What is love?

Love is an eternal promise to be there,
And a commitment of ever-lasting care.

Love like is a desert island,
For two people living hand in hand.

Love is the strong believe,
You can escape life’s grief.

Love is a temptation,
For a immortal relation.

Love is the credence,
To build a connection with no need of self-defence.

Love is sincere togetherness,
To fight loneliness.

But after all is said and done,
I know love is the power to hurt someone
